LOYALTY+ Rewards Terms and Conditions

All of your rights to receive benefits under this Rewards program are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Points are earned by making qualified purchases at Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River.
2. Qualified purchases include customer pay maintenance and repair services, and installed accessories. New or pre-owned vehicle purchases, collision repairs, wholesale parts purchases, and warranty repairs are excluded from this program and do not apply.
3. 10% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount your next new or pre-owned vehicle purchase at Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River. Vehicle must be traded to redeem points.
4. 5% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount your next repair or service valued at $150 or more at Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River. Up to 50% of the customer pay total of the repair order.
5. 5% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount tires purchased and installed at Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River. (up to 20 points per tire)
6. Each point earned is equal to one dollar in rewards discount. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
7. Participation in this program is offered at the sole discretion of Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River and may be terminated at any time without prior written notice.
8. Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River reserves the right to disqualify or terminate any person(s) from participation, if in their sole judgment any member violates the rules and regulations governing this program. Disqualification or termination may result in termination of an individual's program participation and/or accumulated points.
9. All members must be 18 years of age to participate.
10. Rewards points continue to accrue only if the member makes at least one qualified purchase within any 12-month period. Failure to make a qualified transaction within any 12-month period will cause membership to expire. In the event of membership expiration, all points will be forfeited.
11. The program has no pre-determined termination date. The program may be terminated at any time without prior notice at the wishes of Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River and/or SmartTech Enterprises. In the event of program termination, all points will be forfeited.
12. Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River and SmartTech Enterprises reserve the right to audit all accounts for compliance of these rules. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of programming earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved. Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accumulated points. All decisions are considered final.
13. Corporations, partnerships and other entities are not eligible to participate.
14. Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River and program administrators reserve the right to change the program rules at any time without prior notice to members.
15. Limit one Rewards card/account per vehicle purchase.
