How long does it last? 

The 2017 Kia Limited Power Train Warranty is what comes after the Basic Warranty Coverage that lasts for 60,000 miles or 60 months after first service. Once one of these requirements is met, as long as the original owner still owns the vehicle, the car is covered by the Limited Power Train Warranty. This warranty expires after 100,000 miles or 120 months after first service.

What’s covered? 

There are several parts that are covered under the Basic Coverage Warranty and are also covered by the Limited Power Train Warranty. There are many parts in the engine, transmission, and axles that are covered by this warranty. Kia drivers can get repairs for their oil pumps, turbo chargers, cylinder blocks, and axle shafts to name a few. Drive shafts, front hubs, bearings, seals and gaskets along with the torque converter and all internal parts, seals, and gaskets are also covered.
